About the role

  • Act as liaison between service center and rewards services, while managing escalated employee cases through ServiceNow, Health Advocate, Alight, and other vendors, ensuring timely resolution.

  • For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Other duties may be assigned or cross-training in other areas to support the broader People Rewards team, as needed.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and persuasive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support escalated employee issues with professionalism.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $29.00 to $45.00 per hour.
  • Support the annual Open Enrollment process, including system testing, communications, and complex employee inquiries.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.

  • As a People Rewards Specialist (aka - Benefits Specialist), you will support the delivery and administration of employee benefits and leave programs across North America.
  • In this role, you will help ensure our benefits operations run smoothly-from system administration and open enrollment support to vendor coordination and compliance activities.
  • You will play a key role in supporting employees, managing benefits processes, and helping improve the overall benefits experience.
  • Maintain benefits communication & content through the People Portal, support/coordinate email campaigns, and home mailers, contribute to benefits projects, and conduct benefit training and orientations.
  • The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
  • Also, coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to support benefits operations and onsite employee events.
