About the role

The ideal candidate will be located near one of Asure's hub offices such as Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; Burlington, VT; Cherry Hill, NJ; Santa Ana, CA; Sioux Falls, SD; Nashville, TN; or Rochester, NY.

10+ years software or SaaS sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions selling HR services
5+ years sales management experience in HR sales at a HCM organization preferably and a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
Experience working cross functionally, bridging the gap and relationships with Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, HR etc.
Proven ability to recruit, train and scale against aggressive growth targets
Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results using Salesforce
Regular travel to meet clients and attend marketing events is required

How you will Contribute
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer/President, the Director of HR Compliance Sales will oversee a team of Sales Executives focused on selling HR services.
You will attract, hire, coach, mentor, and retain high performing Sales Executives focused on new business development in the small to mid-market.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge.
The compensation package also includes an uncapped commission structure.
Salary information is determined by market location and is provided in accordance with state and local pay-transparency laws.
