About the role
- We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Dallas team and take ownership of talent acquisition efforts.
- This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives on execution, sourcing top talent, and delivering measurable hiring results.
- The primary focus will be recruiting Sales professionals, Client Success Managers, and senior leadership talent across healthcare, SaaS, and technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment with minimal supervision
- Build strategic talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring requirements
- Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Drive hiring processes with urgency while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting VP-level and C-level executives
- Demonstrated expertise in headhunting passive candidates from target organizations
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong track record of successful hires
- Experience working in high-growth or scaling companies
