- This opportunity is ideal for a patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider who values continuity of care, professional autonomy, and a predictable weekday schedule.
- Puerto Rico-based programs are not eligible for this opportunity.
Requirements
- Applicants must have graduated from a qualifying U.S.-based NP or PA program.
Nice to have
- You are comfortable caring for patients of all ages, managing a broad range of primary care needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

- Active or eligible Arizona NP or PA license Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program in the U.S. (Not Puerto Rico)
Compensation
- $120,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience
