Responsibilities
- Select and perform appropriate inspection methods and setups
- Partner with Engineering on new product inspections
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✔️ Expertise in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
- ✔️ Hands-on experience with inspection tools and CMMs
- ✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to read complex drawings
Nice to have
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Interpret drawings, specs, and quality standards
- Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) for dimensional verification
- Conduct First Piece and AS9102 First Article Inspections
- Use precision tools (micrometers, comparators, gauges, etc.)
- Operate and analyze results from CMM equipment
- Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read engineering drawings

- $26k-$33k
