Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of current-state master data processes, governance practices, standards, controls, and ownership models across key data domains
- Develop recommendations for future-state governance frameworks, operating models, RASCI structures, and supporting business processes
- Develop strategic roadmaps that advance master data capabilities across process, technology, integration, organizational, and control domains
- Partner with Business Process Owners, Data Stewards, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Digital & IT teams to align priorities and support sustainable governance solutions

- Experience developing governance frameworks, operating models, ownership structures, standards, controls, and business process improvements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of SAP master data processes, integrations, security models, and associated business applications
- Knowledge of data quality management practices, critical data elements, risk management, and control frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements, including SOX controls, DAMA DMBOK, ISO 8000, or similar governance frameworks
- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and reporting solutions such as SAP, Snowflake, and related business data technologies
