Security Alarms Technician Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Security Alarms Technician to join the team in Berkeley, MO.
With precision and expertise, you will ensure that cutting-edge security alarm systems are installed, maintained, and optimized to protect Boeing's vital assets and facilities.
Union: This is a union-represented IBEW 1 position.

Install, service, maintain, upgrade, and modify electrical and electronic systems
Utilize technical knowledge, existing procedures or develop new procedures along with internal/external resources to diagnose and correct equipment and/or system malfunctions
Modify, test, calibrate, and document system configurations to meet compliance requirements
Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on electronic security alarm systems, card access systems, and other related building system products at customer sites
Perform physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs

1+ years of experience in support of electrical power systems (electrical system design, electrical system verification, troubleshooting and/or support of anomaly resolution)
Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures
Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
Willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if required
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
