About the role
- As a Finance Leader specializing in Global Operations, you will join our team to architect ROGII's financial future and provide the executive team with high-level strategic guidance.
- We are looking for a data-driven, "player-coach" who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment and has a deep technical background in US GAAP and global fiscal management.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Stewardship: Partner with the Founders and Executive Team to develop long-range financial forecasts and capital allocation strategies that fuel ROGII's global expansion.
- International Tax & Compliance: Design and manage complex global tax structures, transfer pricing, and multi-jurisdictional compliance to mitigate risk and optimize cash flow.
- Treasury & Risk Management: Manage global banking relationships, currency exchange (FX) risks, and insurance requirements for a distributed workforce.

Requirements
- The Foundation: 12+ years of progressive leadership in Finance or Accounting, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level seat within a high-growth environment.
- The Global Edge: Proven experience managing the financial complexities of a multinational company, including consolidated reporting for international entities.
- you are a systems thinker.
Nice to have
- Deep expertise in US GAAP is required.
- Experience with international accounting standards (IFRS) and complex revenue recognition (SaaS/Software) is a major plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- CPA or MBA is highly preferred to navigate the technical and strategic demands of the role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in US GAAP is required.
Skills
- Experience implementing or optimizing ERPs (like NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and BI tools is essential.
