Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support program objectives and strategic decision-making.
- Design and build data models, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and analysts to understand data needs and develop tailored solutions.
- We provide thought leadership for complex issues through independent analysis, and we deliver practical, useful solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is required for senior level roles.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, ideally in support of government, defense, or intelligence programs.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required depending on the position.
- Prior experience and knowledge of defense agencies and their technology policies.
