About the role
- We are looking for a confident self-driven, ambitious, and creative problem solver with good social and interpersonal skills to join our team as the Beanz Co-Ordinator for Germany.
- This role requires a proven track record in Specialty Coffee Project Management with an enthusiasm for structure and process.
- include: Actively Source coffee and roasters and present to EMEA Manager for joint approval.
Responsibilities
- Manage roaster's performance and compliance with agreed SLA terms with Beanz.com Identify, flag, and notify roasters which do not adhere to fulfilment guidelines.
- Build transparent guidelines for potential outcomes where roaster partners do not meet agreed SLA terms.
- Assist demand based merchandising strategy, manage price changes, out of stocks, product removal, and new product creation requests.
