Requirements

- 10% travel required.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in L&D, training, or operations within transportation or AV industries. - Minimum 3+ years of direct people management experience, specifically scaling programs or leading strategic curriculum design. - Proven experience vetting, selecting, and implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up. - Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of staff and a passion for self-driving technologies. - 10% travel required. Bonus: - Direct experience training personnel on the operation of Class 8 vehicles or similar complex machinery. - Advanced experience with e-learning content creation.
