About the role

  • The Search Discovery team owns the analytical and investigative surfaces of Cribl Search -- dashboards, notebooks, visualizations, AI-assisted investigations, and the discovery layer that helps customers get the most value out of their data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a senior team of engineers building Cribl's dashboards, notebooks, visualizations, investigations, and analytical discovery capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop engineers at all levels, creating shared ownership and clarity across a technically deep, senior team.
  • Join the company that's building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years managing a team focused on user-facing product development.
  • Experience leading senior/staff-level engineers who operate with high autonomy.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments where priorities shift and the team is central to the product's identity.
