About the role
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production workflows, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for color and quality.
Responsibilities
- Create production schedules.
- Manage all projects from start to finish, making sure schedules and quality are maintained.
- Manage packing for shipping.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Nice to have
- Write up job workflows and put into production.
- Good eye for color and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Managing production team and assigning work.
- Oversee shipping logistics and tracking of all deliverables.
- Sourcing and qualifying new print materials
- R&D for new projects, figuring out production process with very keen attention to detail and quality.
- Must be a problem solver to solve problems that come up along the way.
