Create a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration and independence
Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and facilitate daily classroom experiences and special programs

Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to teach integrated curricula around varied units of study and chagim
Ability to differentiate instruction and expectations for a range of learners
Strong ability to build a warm, respectful, empathetic, and inclusive classroom community
Deep understanding of social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood and progressive education philosophies
Knowledge of integrated curriculum development and inquiry based learning
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a structured yet joyful environment
Skilled in collaborative problem-solving, with flexibility and creativity in a dynamic setting
Background in current early childhood educational philosophy and best practices
Passion for nurturing student growth and creating joyful, engaging learning experiences
Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflective teaching practice with a growth mindset
