identify drop-off points, segment-level conversion behavior, and opportunities across paid search, paid social, TV/CTV, and organic traffic Align testing with paid media teams so creative, targeting, and landing experiences work as one system, improving CAC and ROAS across channels Establish CRO best practices, tooling, and documentation; hire and develop a team as the function scales
We're hiring a Director of CRO to own the conversion engine that turns visits into patients.
You'll own landing page and funnel optimization, and offer testing across our brands, building a rigorous, high-velocity experimentation program with direct, measurable impact on revenue and customer acquisition cost.
