About the role

- Prepare and assist with project proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction to production staff.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and production of detailed design drawings, electronic models, specifications, written reports, and site observation reports.
- Complete structural calculations with different design materials, specifically with steel and concrete.
- Assist in the selection of the appropriate building materials.
- Attend client meetings to ensure the design meets their needs and objectives.
- This individual will assist with the design of a variety of projects that may include schools, churches, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, and other commercial and industrial projects.
- From mentoring students at a local elementary school, to hosting food drives, and sponsoring events, we're committed to helping the communities we work and live in.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent presentation, written communication, time management, and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure, be self-directed, exhibit good business judgment, and handle confidential information appropriately.
Nice to have
- PE license in Kansas is preferred (or on track to obtain a PE license).
