Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for business roles across go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Operations, Finance, People, and other cross-functional teams, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, collaborating closely to define role requirements, develop clear position profiles, and align on hiring plans, priorities, and timelines
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive candidates for business roles in competitive markets
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing, engaging, and closing top business talent
- Strong ability to build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers and interview teams
