About the role
- Travel should not exceed 30% of your time.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design projects from concept through startup and commissioning
- Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions
- Build and maintain client relationships through strong communication and follow-through
- Coordinate with other design disciplines, field teams, vendors, utilities, and governing agencies
- Support estimates and project planning with project managers and estimators
- Review drawings, approve deliverables, and support quality standards
- Lead meetings, site trips, and project coordination efforts
Requirements
- B.S. degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- PE license required or eligibility to become licensed
- Strong understanding of electrical terminology, components, symbols, and NEC
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in panel shop, prefabrication, or field work
- Ability to mentor others and raise technical capability across a team
- Comfort working across disciplines and solving problems quickly

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $79,000 to $116,000+ benefits.
- Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility.
