About the role

  • Travel should not exceed 30% of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical design projects from concept through startup and commissioning
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions
  • Build and maintain client relationships through strong communication and follow-through
  • Coordinate with other design disciplines, field teams, vendors, utilities, and governing agencies
  • Support estimates and project planning with project managers and estimators
  • Review drawings, approve deliverables, and support quality standards
  • Lead meetings, site trips, and project coordination efforts

Requirements

  • B.S. degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • PE license required or eligibility to become licensed
  • Strong understanding of electrical terminology, components, symbols, and NEC
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in panel shop, prefabrication, or field work
  • Ability to mentor others and raise technical capability across a team
  • Comfort working across disciplines and solving problems quickly

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $79,000 to $116,000+ benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility.
