Responsibilities

  • Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects
  • Participate in cradle-to-grave project delivery, including: Design review and constructability input, contract administration, Construction sequencing, site logistics, and methodology development, Close-out, hand-off, and client transition
  • Manage, open CM (CCDC 5A/5B), converted CM (CCDC 2), and traditional LS (CCDC 2) delivery models: Shift projects from open to fixed-sum contracts through risk identification and tender recap, Mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout construction
  • Lead the subtrade buy-out process, with input from the estimating team, and in accordance with the PM manual.
  • Train and mentor project coordinators-develop tomorrow's leaders today
  • Foster client, consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals
  • You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication - even when the pressure's on.
  • Proven track record managing projects from design through completion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working at a general contract (not developer)
  • 3+ years in a direct Project Manager role working on on mid-to-large commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of Construction Management processes and delivery models
  • Valid driver's license and ability to balance office and site work

Compensation

  • $102,000 - $137,000
  • The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience.
  • Throughout the interview process, we'll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.
