Responsibilities

  • Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations
  • Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval
  • Provide updates to referral partners during the early stages of the loan process
  • Help manage the Mortgage Advisor's calendar and communications
  • Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Promptly contact new leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure every prospect receives timely communication and no opportunities are missed.
  • Review borrower documents for completeness, organize files appropriately, and ensure documentation is properly labeled and uploaded before submitting the file for pre-approval review.
  • Communicate with referral partners to confirm receipt of new leads, provide status updates during the pre-approval process, and ensure they remain informed about their client's progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, borrower interactions, and loan progress within the CRM.

  • Provide borrowers with clear documentation requests and maintain consistent follow-up to collect all required materials.

  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability
  • Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous
