Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations
Review and organize documents before submitting files for pre-approval
Provide updates to referral partners during the early stages of the loan process
Help manage the Mortgage Advisor's calendar and communications
Track lead and pipeline activity in the CRM
Promptly contact new leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule initial consultations for the Mortgage Advisor.
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure every prospect receives timely communication and no opportunities are missed.
Review borrower documents for completeness, organize files appropriately, and ensure documentation is properly labeled and uploaded before submitting the file for pre-approval review.
Communicate with referral partners to confirm receipt of new leads, provide status updates during the pre-approval process, and ensure they remain informed about their client's progress.
Maintain accurate records of lead activity, borrower interactions, and loan progress within the CRM.

Provide borrowers with clear documentation requests and maintain consistent follow-up to collect all required materials.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with a high level of personal energy and accountability
Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous
