- Chief Outsiders, www.ChiefOutsiders.com, is a national company that is growing very quickly and is looking to add CMOs in multiple US markets.
Responsibilities
- To succeed you need to be able to help the CEO and leadership team understand what the real business problems are and then develop and implement a plan that fits the company, opportunity and competitive situation.
- You get a bigger share of the revenue if you bring in the lead, but there are company funded programs to help you bring in leads.
Requirements
- Is your love for leading a company based on the market dynamics coming into conflict with the realization that you are tired of working for giant companies?
- If you have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large Operating Companies, but don't want to go back and do it again, you may be a fit for what we do.
- You must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies.
Compensation
- This is not an "eat what you kill" environment, but we use a revenue share compensation model.
- Most of our CMOs target taking home over $200,000 a year, with some making double that amount.
