What Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is looking for in our Sr.

As Senior Manager, Global Trade Compliance, you'll lead the company's global trade compliance strategy for a multi-jurisdictional manufacturing organization.
Reporting to the VP of Tax & Trade, this leader serves as the company's subject matter expert on global trade compliance, advising senior leadership while implementing practical, scalable processes that protect the business and support growth.
Develop and manage the global import/export compliance program.
Lead tariff mitigation strategies, including Free Trade Agreements and Duty Drawback programs.
Support M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
Recommend and implement process improvements aligned to evolving requirements.
Lead compliance efforts related to CSRD, CBAM, and other applicable ESG regulations.
Partner with Finance and Sustainability to ensure reporting accuracy and audit readiness.
Lead internal and external trade compliance audits and corrective actions.
Develop compliance training and maintain global trade policies and procedures.

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $109,400 - $153,800 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities.
