About the role

  • The Peter Munk Cardiac Centre (PMCC) program provides world-class cardiovascular care.
  • One of the largest programs of its kind in North America, we are a major referral centre.
  • Our program offers resources and expertise prepared to deal with even the most complex patient cases.

Responsibilities

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.), Level II Basic Rescuer Certification
  • The position presents an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment using state of the art technology to perform echocardiograms on a uniquely complex patient population.
  • Perform ultrasound imaging procedures, as outlined in the procedure manuals to aid in patient diagnosis and/or treatment

Requirements

  • Preparing written and electronic reports required to document all procedures and test results
  • Ability to function effectively in stressful situations
  • Computer literacy required

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

Compensation

  • $40.73 to $50.91 per hour
