About the role
- The Manager, Client Services is responsible for managing global digital fulfillment of content driven by SPT Sales and Operations contractual deals and obligations.
- Contract Fulfillment Review and analyze contracts and/or client orders, to fulfill SPE obligations regarding distribution of materials.
- Vendor Communication Activity Conduct daily communication with third party vendors and DCS internal manufacturing departments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all servicing activity on designated SPE tracking system for allocated territories to track status of client's delivery.
- Supervise coordinators and directly manage all servicing activity through direct reports for allocated territories.
- Support and participate in internal and external matrix teams involved in special initiatives and projects.
- Crosstrain and collaborate with various groups
- Manage costs within budgetary constraints
Requirements
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 years of Film and/or TV sales servicing experience and managing a team.
Skills
- General computer applications such as Xytech and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary for this position is $92,000 to $97,000.
