Responsibilities

  • Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering client questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business-including, but not limited to, Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management-fully embracing and utilizing 360 View to document referrals and other client activity.
  • Builds client relationships through outbound engagement and proactive measures.
  • Performs Teller duties as needed, conducting a variety of financial transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, processing loan payments, and accurately counting currency and coin.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • The Community & Business Banker delivers personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintains working knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies.

Nice to have

  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years banking or related experience required
  • Dexterity of hands/fingers to operate computer keyboard and mouse

  • Demonstrates timely completion of work and adjusts to workload demands to meet expected deadlines.

Compensation

  • We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits.
  • The anticipated pay range for this position is $28.19 - $43.74 per hour in WA and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location.
  • Please note this information is provided for those hired in Colorado and Washington only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado and Washington with compensation that aligns with your location.
