The mandate is highly project-based and execution-driven, with significant time spent on the ground working across teams to push key initiatives forward.

Design and enhance forward-looking cash flow forecasting methodologies, improving how capital calls, distributions, and funding needs are projected across portfolios
Identify and manage liquidity mismatches
Build and maintain portfolio monitoring frameworks (exposures, performance, risk)
Develop models and tools for liquidity forecasting and portfolio analytics
Structure and standardize fragmented data to support consistent, decision-ready reporting
Define and implement RACI across Portfolio Management, Investment Teams, Treasury, and Ops
Own the "single source of truth" for key portfolio inputs (liquidity, commitments, leverage, exposures)
Build scalable workflows and reporting infrastructure to reduce friction across teams
Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, working directly with teams to implement and embed solutions
Identify and manage liquidity mismatches; recommend actions (pacing, financing, etc.)

3-5 years in portfolio management, analytics, treasury/liquidity, or private markets
Experience in a multi-strategy private markets platform (e.g., secondaries, co-invest, fund of funds)
Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights
Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
Understanding of fund mechanics (capital calls, distributions, leverage facilities) and portfolio construction dynamics
Exposure to data tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, SQL/Snowflake)
Experience building processes, data tools, or operating models
Strong analytical and modeling capabilities (Excel required; exposure to data tools a plus)
Experience working across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The compensation range for this position is $102,000 - $153,000 per year.
This range represents the base salary only.
Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
