About the role
- As a Project Manager at Gordian, you will play a critical role in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of construction and facility-related projects.
- You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing scopes of work, reviewing proposals, and confirming contract compliance.
- Implement project procedures from identification through execution.
- Perform constructability reviews during the design process and provide input to help fast-track projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Meetings Facilitate and lead key meetings, including:
- Progress Meetings - Review milestones, resolve issues, and maintain momentum.
- Document and distribute meeting minutes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Schedule and perform compliance inspections as required by SCA/DOE and NYC regulatory agencies.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 88,000.00 - 147,000.00
