Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP WM and SAP EWM solutions for complex warehouse operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
- Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support.
- Optimize warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, physical inventory, and RF processes.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless process integration across the supply chain.
- This role requires deep functional expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP WM/EWM experience, including at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in:

- Experience with automated warehouse systems (ASRS, conveyors, robotics).
- SAP certification in WM or EWM.
- Experience working in global, multi‑plant environments.
- Inbound and outbound logistics.
- RF framework and mobile data entry.
- Slotting, replenishment, and labor management.
- Wave management and warehouse order creation.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable driving decisions.
Compensation
- A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
- Pay ranges may vary by location.
- In the absence of a signed Recruitment Services Agreement, we will not consider, or agree to, payment of any referral compensation or recruiter fee.
