About the role
- We're seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We encourage team members to gain
- cross-departmental experience early in their tenure so they fully understand our clients and our product. This will include 3−6 months of training on Lastmile technology, processes, and systems, including shadowing key team members. As a Junior Project Manager, you'll help manage projects from kickoff through completion by supporting planning, tracking

- Through our proprietary technology, we help organizations localize their offerings and connect "high-intent" individuals in a geographic area with the deep local information needed to drive action.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, roadblocks, or scope changes.
Compensation
- $75,000 - $80,000 USD.
