About the role
- Our platform processes at least $3 billion in payment volume.
- You will consolidate a system built across many legacy integrations into something clean, reliable, and fast, and you will spend a lot of time directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated payments team: banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and our billing platform
- Work hands-on with the fintech partners who power most of our payment capabilities, and own the integration and reconciliation/tracking layer across them
- Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate
- Own your metrics end to end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes
Nice to have
- Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from many legacy system integrations
- Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services
- Senior PM with a strong payments background (fintech a plus)
- Exceptionally high attention to detail
- strong finance background is a plus
- Likes working on a small team and moving fast
- bias toward action
- Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards
