About the role
- OpX Leader Learning & Development is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single-threaded L&D leader within network PMO processes across 200+ SSD and GFC sites.
- You will represent the entire L&D organization to external stakeholders up to VP level, communicating capacity, timelines, and the state of L&D with credibility and business acumen.

Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
Nice to have
- PMP certificate.
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience with Asana Project Management Platform, or proven experience with a similar intake and project management tool.
