Responsibilities

  • Leads and implements MidPen Services' supportive housing strategy across a multiple county portfolio.
  • Identifies and secures new partners aligned with MidPen's criteria.
  • Analyzes partnership data and drives continuous improvement for service delivery.
  • Guides staff training to reduce crises and maintain housing stability.
  • Promotes best practices for resident support and housing retention.
  • Partners with Property Management and internal teams to address resident crises and operational challenges
  • Supports crisis response planning and escalation protocols across

  • Ability to satisfactorily pass a background check, and Tuberculosis screening

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with high-need populations
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively use Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, Zoom, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools as a productivity tool for his/her portfolio
  • Demonstrated strong judgement, discretion, and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess a valid California Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks, frequently sitting
  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 20 pounds
  • Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years' experience working in an educational, social services, or community based organizational setting and a minimum of two years' experience working effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and working with families and students in an educational or social work setting

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in relevant field preferred
  • Experience in program development, management, and evaluation preferred

Compensation

  • $84,000 - $94,500 Annual Salary - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
