About the role

As a Plumbing Superintendent at Airo Mechanical, you will be a key leader in our plumbing division, responsible for overseeing and coordinating plumbing projects from start to finish.
Your expertise and leadership will ensure the successful execution of plumbing installations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Manage all aspects of plumbing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of plumbing technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and ensuring that work is performed efficiently and up to code.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.

Proven experience as a Plumbing Superintendent in multi-family, commercial or industrial plumbing projects.
Experience with email and project management software for effective communication and documentation.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements.
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at a time.
The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.
Ability to use technology systems for communication and project management.

High school diploma or equivalent
