About the role
- We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve.
- This role focuses on our AI layer where you'll work on training, optimizing, and evaluating numerous models that extract truth from complex legal and medical data.
- Level and title to be based on candidate's experience and skills This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working at least 3 days a week from one of our office hubs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with a heavy emphasis on high-trajectory growth in AI modeling or data science products.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex model metrics into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders.

- Own the strategic roadmap and tactical execution for core models, focusing on domain-specific entity extraction and linking models in the legal and medical spaces.
- Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and legal/medical subject matter experts to manage the end-to-end model lifecycle from data curation to post-production monitoring.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, evals, RAG, agentic orchestration, classical machine learning, and statistics.
