About the role

  • Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance, Sales, and other go-to-market functions, ensuring alignment across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
  • We are responsible for delivering accurate revenue projections, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director, FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine forecasting models (e.g., pipeline-weighted forecasting, cohort-based win-rate analysis, sales velocity modeling) to improve prediction accuracy across the commercial funnel
  • Analyze historical trends and build statistical models to identify drivers of win/loss rates, deal velocity, and conversion at each funnel stage
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support forecasting under varying market and pipeline conditions
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to build attribution models and analyze campaign-to-pipeline-to-revenue conversion
  • Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines to support dashboard automation and self-service reporting
  • Communicate analytical methodology and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive adoption of data-informed decision-making
  • Experience building forecasting or predictive models (e.g., win-rate modeling, pipeline conversion analysis, regression-based forecasting) in a SaaS or subscription-revenue environment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role, with direct experience in forecasting or predictive modeling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Sigma, including data modeling, dashboard automation, and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)

Compensation

  • Partner with Finance on annual planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling, incorporating predictive analytics into long-range forecasts
