About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Business Process Analyst will lead or support teams of analysts in applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across financial and operations management functions.
  • The analyst will also support the design and implementation of new or improved business processes.
  • The Business Process Analyst will coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and build strong professional relationships
  • This role will assess process performance in complex environments, evaluate the relationships between financial, staffing, support, and operational processes and outcomes, and guide requirements gathering through interviews, surveys, working sessions, and focus groups.
