About the role
- This role is responsible for operating various types of machinery in the retreading process.
- It requires use of machinery, computer documentation, inspection of materials, handling of tires, moving of product throughout Production Center, and preparing for shipment.
- This position offers the opportunity for cross-training in various steps of the production process.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection duties and mark or rework as needed
- Operate tire building machines (ring-tread, truck)
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- It also requires a heightened awareness and knowledge of quality and safety standards to ensure the retread meets all required criteria
- Must be 18 years or older.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, and welding is a plus
Compensation
- $21/hr + Quarterly bonus pay!
