About the role

- This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing real estate private equity firm.
- FCP is currently investing its sixth investment fund, a $1.1B commingled, value- add discretionary fund.
Responsibilities
- As a Real Estate Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by:
- Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage FCP's business plans
- The firm, based in Chevy Chase, MD, owns and manages in excess of $13 billion in assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Property Managemen t
- 0 to 2 years relevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset management
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Great organizational skills and a desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to work in office 5 days per week
- Willingness to travel periodically to FCP outside the Washington, DC area
