About the role

  • FCP is currently investing its sixth investment fund, a $1.1B commingled, value- add discretionary fund.

Responsibilities

  • As a Real Estate Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by:
  • Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage FCP's business plans
  • The firm, based in Chevy Chase, MD, owns and manages in excess of $13 billion in assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Property Managemen t
  • 0 to 2 years relevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset management
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational skills and a desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to work in office 5 days per week
  • Willingness to travel periodically to FCP outside the Washington, DC area
