About the role
- This role is based in our Manhattan office and requires 3 days per week on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead packaging development for turnkey beauty programs from concept through production.
- Manage project timelines, development milestones, and packaging costs to ensure successful product launches.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners in China and North America to ensure packaging meets quality, cost, and timing expectations.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), packaging specifications, fill and assembly instructions, and other technical documentation.
- Maintain and communicate project timelines, proactively identifying risks and keeping stakeholders informed of key milestones.
- Support additional packaging development initiatives and departmental priorities as needed.

Requirements
- Coordinate packaging testing and validate that all required testing standards are completed prior to launch.
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
