Source proactively for AI and engineering roles across Lazer's Core practice - building targeted lists, writing thoughtful personalized outreach, and running focused sourcing sprints.
Manage candidate communications end-to-end: scheduling, coordinating interview loops, keeping candidates warm and informed at every stage.
Maintain clean, accurate records in Ashby - stage updates, notes, sourcing tags - so the team always has a clear picture of the pipeline.
Support offer logistics - reference checks, scheduling debrief calls, tracking offer status - so nothing falls through the cracks at the close.
Learn the market - develop fluency in AI engineering comp, what candidates care about, and what we're competing against, and surface that intel to the team.
Experience building or using sourcing automation tools (Clay, Apollo, etc.)

2-4 years of recruiting experience sourcing and screening technical talent - software engineers, AI/ML engineers, or adjacent roles.
Prior experience recruiting specifically for AI/ML engineering roles
Familiarity with Ashby or comparable ATS
