Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a design team
- Lead impactful design projects where your work shapes vibrant, sustainable communities across the Southeast.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Professional Landscape Architect license (PLA/RLA) required
- 8-10+ years of experience in landscape architecture design and project management
- Experience across multiple project types (e.g., parks, commercial, mixed-use, master planned communities)
- Strong knowledge of site planning, entitlement processes, and permitting requirements
- Experience with project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
