We are seeking a detail-oriented client services professional to join our team.
This role is ideal for an early career professional who excels in client service, operations, and project management within the financial services industry.

Strategic Advisor Partnership: Build a strong rapport with advisors, anticipating their needs and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Technical Mastery & Autonomy: Develop deep expertise in our internal account management systems to independently:
Manage account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals, etc.) with minimal supervision.

2-4 years of experience in a client service role within financial services.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information.
The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
