Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisor Partnership: Build a strong rapport with advisors, anticipating their needs and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Technical Mastery & Autonomy: Develop deep expertise in our internal account management systems to independently:
- Manage account-related tasks (cash movement, wires, journals, etc.) with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a client service role within financial services.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Business degree preferred).
- Series 65 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain upon hire is preferred.
Compensation
- The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and skill set.
