  • Lead daily operations for the Walkerville Production Site, ensuring excellence in manufacturing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and performance improvement.
  • Build and develop high‑performing teams by coaching managers and supervisors, strengthening collaboration, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement strategies that optimize materials, labor, equipment, and capacity to meet production and customer service commitments.
  • Lead change initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, support Union partnership, and advance Pernod Ricard's global sustainability objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Sciences, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, including direct responsibility for manufacturing or production environments.
  • 5+ years of experience in distillation or spirits manufacturing.
  • Experience implementing Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing practices to achieve sustainable business results.

Compensation

  • Establish and deliver annual operating, financial, and sustainability targets, partnering closely with site leadership to drive measurable results.
  • The salary range for this role is $137,520.00 to $171,900.00.
