About the role

They are responsible for site-level mass balance analysis to identify all sources of product loss and driving effective problem solving to identify process improvements to reduce or eliminate losses.

Lead data analysis and data model development to account for dairy losses across the facility
Partner with Finance to ensure accurate accounting of losses
Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and collaborate to drive implementation
Design and implement innovative ways to track and trend product loss data (bottle weights, scrap, component testing, process optimization)
Lead Problem Solving to identify root cause and implement corrective and preventative actions
Build reports and tools to track and monitor product loss data throughout the plant
Ability to manage projects effectively with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders
