About the role

You'll be immersed in a collaborative environment and gain hands-on experience in a range of project phases while representing Sense Engineering with a level of professionalism and dedication that sets us apart in the industry.

Marketing: Represent Sense Engineering professionally, building positive relationships with clients, contractors and other consultants.
Knowledge Development: Enhance your understanding of structural design and analysis, building science, life cycle analysis and costing while sharing insights and lessons learned with the team.
Perform site assessments and prepare technical reports, including Depreciation Reports, Warranty Reviews, and Building/Property Condition Assessments.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to support efficient and timely project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
Previous co-op or internship experience in the engineering consulting field is considered a strong asset.
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
Other duties as assigned/required.
