Responsibilities
- Build and document the operational playbook
- Lead systems integration across HubSpot, Asana, and financial tools to reduce tribal knowledge and improve handoffs
- Own the full revenue workflow - from signed contract to project kickoff to invoice - and eliminate the friction between Sales, Delivery, and Finance
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into revenue, pipeline, and utilization
- Partner with Sales and Delivery to standardize scoping frameworks, pricing tiers, and proposal logic
- Partner with Finance to build forecasting models, track actuals vs. projections, and flag risk early
- Own the operational budget, vendor relationships, and tooling spend
- Support margin analysis by service line to inform pricing and resourcing decisions
- Document how each team operates such as meeting cadences, escalation paths, and communication norms
- Build team-level playbooks so new hires ramp faster and institutional knowledge is documented
