- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
- Repair damage to vehicle body panels
- Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
- Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
- Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
- Use of frame equipment
- Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI's (Sales/ CP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS).
Compensation
- $30 - $35 per hour, flat rate
- Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
