About the role

You're not the person who will settle for just any role.
The Sales Category Manager is responsible for translating category management principles into action through data analytics and consumer/shopper insights.
This position will report to the VP, Walmart Family Care.

Bachelor's degree.
5+ year's progressive exempt status experience in business, customer management, category management or equivalent in other business functions.
Experience presenting to Executive Level staff.
Experience with modular planogram development.
The ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into key insights will be critical for this role.

Knowledge of shelf reset decision making, ability to measure shelf productivity and performance
Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts.
Strong record of exceeding business objectives.
Knowledge of K-C organizational structure, brands, categories, go to market policies, and procedures.
Mentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross-functional, superior customer service and problem solving.
