This position requires an Associate's degree and five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
In the absence of a 2-year degree in an appropriate field of study, formal certification a total of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience is required.
Normal mechanical and analytical ability is needed as well as good communication skills.

$60,000-82,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance.
