Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support

Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer.
This part-time Team Leader will provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our high standards of customer service, product knowledge and sales.
Must provide availability to work up to 30 hours per week (does not mean you'll be scheduled for 30 hours, but 30 hours of availability must be given)
